Please complete the form below to order DogStem®. It can take up to 2 working days for requests to be processed. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent. Additionally, once the goods are ready for dispatch, a subsequent email with the delivery date and the product expiry date will be sent. DogStem will be delivered by a special cool-chain courier and will arrive at the practice between 9.00-16.30. Delivery is not possible on Saturday or Sunday.
